Quality Auto Parts - I was sent a engine that was siesed
When taken to the shop we used a 30 in. bar trying to turn the engine .
It moved 15 degrees period. Over the next days talked to quality two or three times a day for more two weeks. Would not do a thing. Said I needed to prove I was a master mechanic.
Also set me up, We need pictures of what you say is true. The pictures would be of cylinder walls and stuck pistons. The set up-- their contract states if any part of the engine is removed --no refund. When removing the oil pan plug one and three quarters of water ran out.
I was ready and filmed that. When those pictures were sent to Peter Flake. I called again asking my money be put back on the VISA card Peter refused . The next morning I get a EMail stating to get my refund I must pay the shipping to return the engine to the supplier.
So I get punished $400 before Quality will consider returning my money. Other conditions were added that the physical EMail sheets must be attached when the engine is shipped. If that sheet does not arrive with the engine NO EEFUND, How easy for them to loose those papers.
(Lost in shipping) These people are dishonest.!!!! WILL
