I ordered an Instrument Cluster and Drive Shaft for an 89 Chevy Truck. They assured me that they only sell A rated parts.

The Instrument cluster was broken by whoever took it out to send it and the drive shaft looked like they had to dig it out of the mud to ship it to me. Totally rusted and already broken. Like the other said, I had to pay to ship it back plus they deducted the shipping cost out of my refund amount so my $250 drive shaft cost me $90 and I don't have anything to show for it. Not to mention the 3 weeks wasted waiting for resolution.

Now I'll go shop locally like I should have to start with. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake I did. Side note, two days after giving them my CC info over the phone for the purchase.

My account was wiped out by someone from Turkey via online purchases. No idea if there is a connection but I wouldn't risk it.

Monetary Loss: $90.
